The project "See yourself"

is a photo project about love for your body. Women told their stories of relationship with their body

Previously, my problem was weight, which then quickly decreased, then quickly added. I always had a weight loss plan in my head. I looked through my photos of past years and thought that I was cool on them, I would definitely return to those forms. Then I began to think a lot about what and why I don’t like. I started looking at myself more. There was an understanding that my excess weight is not superfluous, because my health is in order. I now accept myself more than ever. I realized that my body belongs to me and other people cannot dictate their views on a beautiful body. The body changes every year, especially after childbirth. Stretch marks, scars, changes in shape - this is what happens to many women throughout their lives. We look at advertisements and do not see similar to us, real bodies and faces. We think there is something wrong with us. But not so with the beauty industry. Many times I saw ads “get back in shape after childbirth”. But this is deception. My body has changed forever: it endured life, coped with such a difficult task, and now it will be different, even if the prenatal form comes. A woman should not adjust her form to other people's ideas after childbirth, before childbirth, or without them at all. A woman, in principle, does not owe anything to anyone. The world of capitalism prevents us from accepting ourselves and others. I am learning to see beauty in myself and in other people. After all, stop showing us the perfect shape, we are the perfect shape.

The project "This is Belarusian"

In the project, we asked Belarusian women who a Belarusian was. Together with their answers, we published what the woman does. So we took care of the visibility of women in the media space.

Belarusian woman is a possible self-identification of people who care about where they are now. And so it turned out to be Belarus (physically or mentally). And definitely, it is not about ancestry, blood, or genetics, it is about the state of mind and choice on oneself.
Belarusian woman is different. She is so different that she can cook borscht, build bridges, and write books. And she can solve social problems of any level. And rarely remember her attachment/affiliation to the country.
Does a Belarusian woman have any peculiarities over others? I don't think so, some find it easier to be themselves than others/to distinguish themselves from others. And here we are somewhere in the middle. And sometimes it's very difficult to choose it – to be a Belarusian woman.

Project
"How are you, mom"
"How are you, Mom" is a support group for moms from 2021 to 2022. Since the project's inception, we have supported more than 40 moms.
Project "How are you, Frida"
- a series of stories of women with mental disorders
or with experiences of mental disorders.
I thought that each participant's story would help
to understand what a woman with such experiences feels and faces. There is still a stigma about people with mental disorders and it is important to get rid of such stereotypes.
Mental health is just as important as physical health.
ZERO WASTE MARKET MINSK

- a zero waste market where people can buy zero waste and farm products, learn more about the zero waste and try vegan food.
